- Please note that rescheduling of appointments is subject to the availability of slots.
- Rescheduling of appointments must be done more than 24 hours in advance of appointment time slots. Otherwise, payment is non-refundable for missed prepaid appointments.
- Please note that your appointment is only confirmed when you receive an acknowledgement call, SMS or email stating that your appointment is confirmed.
- By submitting the form through Straits Podiatry website, (a partner of Healthway Medical) doctors and healthcare personnel may collect, use and disclose my personal data to provide me with medical treatment and other related purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and Healthway Medical Data Protection Policy.
