Terms and conditions
- Upon submission of the booking form, our staff will contact you via phone/email to confirm your appointment within the next working day.
- Please note that your appointment is only confirmed when you receive an acknowledgement call, SMS, WhatsApp message, or email.
- Please contact us directly if you need to make amendments to your booking. Please note that rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability.
- For the “Book and Save 20%” option, only rescheduling of the appointment is allowed. Payment is non-refundable if you miss or cancel the appointment. Please note that any rescheduling request must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- For Saturdays appointment, due to limited slots, confirmation of payment is required 1 day prior to secure your appointment. A 20% discount will be applied to the consultation fee. Please complete payment via the booking link (“Book and Save 20%”) above or contact our staff for assistance. Kindly note that payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or missed appointments. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep appointments available for patients in need.

Preparing for your visit
What to bring
- Any imaging or specialist reports from previous appointments (X-ray, MRI, ultrasound)
- The shoes you wear most often, for our footwear review
- Loose clothing that allows a knee-up examination
- A list of current medications, including supplements
- Your insurance card (we can issue itemised invoices for claims)
- For children: your observations, plus any school comments on PE or activities
