Ms. Saw Yu Ting, DPM
Having completed her podiatric education and surgical training in the United States, Ms. Saw Yu Ting has the distinction of being the only surgically trained Singaporean podiatrist to date. She received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from New York College of Podiatric Medicine (NYCPM) in 2017, where she was inducted into the Pi Mu Delta National Honors Service Society.
She completed her rearfoot and ankle surgical residency program in 2020 at the Long Island Jewish Forest Hills Hospital, also covering podiatric care at two Level 1 Trauma Hospitals. During her residency training, she was extensively trained in inpatient and outpatient diabetic limb salvage, wound care, sports medicine, nail care, geriatric and pediatric care and biomechanics.
Her hands-on experience extends beyond her residency term. During her DPM degree, she trained at eight different city hospitals around the New York City area. This allowed her to gain a wide range of exposure to varying podiatric pathologies. As a student, she was also awarded the Dr. Sidney Solid Award for excellence and accomplishment in podiatry and service to the podiatric community.
