- Upon submission of the booking form, our staff will contact you via phone/email to confirm your appointment within the next working day.
- Please note that your appointment is only confirmed when you receive an acknowledgement call, SMS, WhatsApp message, or email.
- Please contact us directly if you need to make amendments to your booking. Please note that rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability.
- For the “Book and Save 20%” option, only rescheduling of the appointment is allowed. Payment is non-refundable if you miss or cancel the appointment. Please note that any rescheduling request must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- For Saturdays appointment, due to limited slots, confirmation of payment is required 1 day prior to secure your appointment. A 20% discount will be applied to the consultation fee. Please complete payment via the booking link (“Book and Save 20%”) above or contact our staff for assistance. Kindly note that payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or missed appointments. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep appointments available for patients in need.
