Ms Michelle Goh 是 2013 年新加坡卫生部医疗优异奖学金（MOH Healthcare Merit Scholarship）的获得者，并于 2017 年以一等荣誉学位的成绩，在澳洲昆士兰科技大学（QUT）足科医学课程中名列全班第一。本科期间，她两度（2015 与 2017 年）获得澳大利亚足科协会 Leonard K Claxton 临床研究奖，并于 2015 年获得 Philip R Perlman 足科放射学奖。她随后在 2023 年完成新加坡国立大学公共卫生硕士学位，并于 2017 年取得第二级（Level II）足部松动与手法治疗认证。
Ms Michelle Goh 曾任职于新加坡规模最大的急性三级医院之一，在该院全面接触足科医疗的各项工作范畴。她的临床专长涵盖儿童足部病症、风湿性足部护理，以及肌肉骨骼损伤与下肢生物力学的评估，同时也处理皮肤与指甲相关病症及糖尿病足护理。她曾领导一支专属的风湿病足科服务团队，与风湿科医师和骨科医师组成多学科团队，共同处理因炎症性关节疾病而影响足部功能的复杂病例。
她亦曾担任足科社区健康负责人，并参与同业指导工作，因其对病患照护的投入而获得多项服务奖项。她的足科医疗理念深受三项亲身经验的影响：自身先天性扁平足、家庭成员患糖尿病足并发症的经历，以及为人母照顾活泼幼儿的体会。她重视细致的体格检查、准确的诊断、共同决策，以及贴近真实生活的治疗方案，必要时纳入定制足部矫形鞋垫与医学冲击波治疗等方式。
